Terms and Conditions for Telstra's NRL Voucher Offer

1. Information on how to participate and gift details form part of these terms and conditions. Participation in this Offer is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. The promoter is Telstra Corporation Limited ABN 33 051 775 556 of 151 Clarence Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 ("Promoter").

3. The Offer will be open from 9.00 am local time on[please insert] and will continue until 11.00 pm local time on 30 September 2008 ("Offer Period").

Entry is open to all residents of New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Tasmania, South Australia and Western Australia aged 18 years and over, other than management, employees or contractors of the Promoter and other agencies, firms or companies associated with the Offer (including suppliers of gifts), and their immediate families ("Eligible Participants").

11. Limit of one Gift per Eligible Participant during the Offer Period.

12. Gifts are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash, but are transferable.

13. If the Promoter is unable to provide an Eligible Participant with the nominated Gift, the Promoter reserves the right to supply an alternative gift of similar monetary value to the original Gift.

14. Any Eligible Participant who, in the opinion of the Promoter, does not properly comply with these terms and conditions will be ineligible to receive a Gift.

15. The Promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of the Offer is final and binding on each person who participates. No correspondence will be entered into.

16. By entering the Offer, the Eligible Participant understands and agrees that the Promoter may use and disclose the information provided by the Eligible Participant on the terms and for the purposes (including marketing) set out in the Promoter’s Privacy Statement available at www.telstra.com.au/privacy/privacy_statement.html or by calling 1800 039 059, as if they were a customer of the Promoter. The Eligible Participant agrees that the Promoter can continue to contact them even after this Offer ends. If the Eligible Participant would like to access or correct the personal information that the Promoter holds about the Eligible Participant, or if the Eligible Participant does not wish the information to be disclosed, the Eligible Participant should advise the Promoter by phoning 1800 039 059.

17. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with this Offer.

18. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from receiving the Gift.
